OEM / ODM
Custom processing against buyer drawings or samples — size, wall thickness, finish and logo per request.
Mixed batches
Most items start at one piece, so distributors can build a full container without committing to a single model.
Stock on hand
Fast-moving trays, bowls and containers are held in stock for short lead times on repeat orders.
Brushed finish
Brushed and mirror surfaces applied in-house, with consistent grain direction across a batch.

Blanking
Steel sheet is cut to blank size against the part drawing.

Drawing & stamping
Presses form the body, rim and handles into shape.

Edge & weld finishing
Rims are rolled, seams welded and ground smooth to the touch.

Polishing & brushing
Surface is polished or brushed according to the agreed finish.

Cleaning & inspection
Parts are washed, then checked for dimension, burr and surface defects.

Packing & dispatch
Cartons are packed to buyer instructions and dispatched within the agreed window.

Our workshop sits in Shaxi Town, Chaozhou: coil and sheet in at one end, formed and packed cartons out the other. Presses, tooling and finishing stations are here, with packing coordinated across partner lines — which is what makes mixed batches and short repeats practical.
